CMA 2019 Event Sponsorship details
The concept of CMA was inspired by the vision to embrace Marathi culture and facilitate welfare of the Marathi community living in Calgary and surrounding areas. Since its existence in 1984, CMA is at the forefront, welcoming Maharashtrian immigrants and their families into Calgary. The association welcomes new ventures and helps establish various businesses in Calgary. Since taking root, the CMA has been successful in building strong lasting relationships with similar Marathi communities across US and Canada. Its membership has swelled over the years and now stands at 350 registered families.
CMA’s activities are geared towards meeting the needs of all sections of the Marathi community it serves.
The association is involved in community development and various voluntary activities to raise funds for under privileged within our region.

This year CMA will be offering some innovative Sponsorship packages to its valued Sponsors.
Why Sponsorship?
CMA is a non-profit making organization working with CMA volunteers with their mission & vision. CMA runs projects (events) for Calgary’s seniors, Youth & New immigrants and also run Marathi school free of cost. Our 80+ volunteers are actively working on these projects throughout the year. This sponsorship money gets allocated to these projects ever year. However little your contribution of sponsorship, will certainly help us in our projects.

Being a CMA member you get discount on all CMA events, and we would like to add on sponsorship also. Any CMA 2019 member can promote his stall on discounted rate if he/she wishes to.

Package sponsorship for complete year 2019
If one wishes to participate for full year customized packages can be made or if one wishes to present business without any competitor, the best can be worked-out. CMA is coming with other 4+ events in September to November. More response is expected for the same than last year. We really wish business growth for our members. If one wishes to participate in other 4+ events, please contact us for more cost-effective rates.
Annual Package details
All events included for advertising as per your convenient rates and make money saving deal for you. For Gold PRIME sponsor you can publish your ad on our Facebook and we will flash on our event page, ticket page and website. Time slot on event day for business promotion. Publishing your business on CMA webpage ad for 6 months & 12 months (options available)

NOTE FOR SPONSORSHIP
-
- Digital media must be provided by business owner who wants to put ad on CMA website/event site
- Advertisement content, such as Logo, Banners and advertising/display material will be provide by business owner/sponsor and on sponsor cost.
- If delivery, costs at sponsor expense.
- Any advertisement website will need at least 10 days notice in advance
- Advertisement payment must be paid in advance before ad is uploaded on website/event
- All Members of CMA are encouraged to pay advertisement payment by PayPal by login in to your account
- Advertisement receipt will be email to sponsored. No hard copies will be provided
- If you are CMA member you will receive 25% discount on all digital/ event Advertisement
- Any payment once made will not be refunded in any circumstances
- Advertisement period will be counted on pro data basis
- Any content changes to web ad will be charge extra and need prior approval from CMA committee

- First come first serve, you will have selection option depend on availability
- For extra lighting /electric connection need prior CMA approval
- CMA take number of people insurance, which is not include any type of material/product insurance
- CMA recommend to read Code of conduct documents from CMA website
- Any type of fire equipment usage is prohibited in event premises
- Booth doesn’t have walls, It’s a flooring space only
