NOTE

    • Digital media must be provided by business owner who wants to put ad on CMA website/evetsite
    • Advertisement content, such as Logo, Banners and advertising/display material will be provided by business owner/sponsor and on sponsor cost.
    • If delivery, costs at sponsor’s expense.
    • Any advertisement website will need at least 10 days notice in advance
    • Advertisement payment must be paid in advance before ad is uploaded on website/event
    • Advertisement receipt will be email to sponsored. No hard copies will be provided
    • Any payment once made will not be refunded in any circumstances
    • Advertisement period will be counted on pro data basis
    • Any content changes to web ad will be charge extra and need prior approval from CMA committee
    • Special ad rates will be applicable for special request. Please write to info@cmacalgary.ca for details
    • First come first serve, you will have selection option depend on availability
    • For extra lighting /electric connection need prior CMA approval
    • CMA take number of people insurance, which is not include any type of material/product insurance
    • CMA recommend to read “Code Of Conduct” documents from CMA website
    • Any type of fire equipment usage is prohibited in event premises
