We all miss the Ganesh Utsav celebrations happening back home, in our home city, on our streets in India ! but our own CMA’s Ganesh Festival gives us an opportunity to enjoy the same festive moods and celebration in our very own Calgary !
Please grace this occasion by joining in large numbers with your family and friends. Lets develop a stronger community spirit!
This year’s CMA’s Ganesh Festival Theme is “Bappa for Kids” This year CMA would like to give opportunity to all its members to donate to children’s hospital. So, we request you to take this opportunity while you buy your tickets for this event.
We are inviting entries for the cultural program and performances for this event.This year’s CMA’s Ganesh Chaturthi theme is “Indian tradition, culture, and values”. Hence we request the participants to submit their performance entries aligning to this theme. Some of the examples of performances could be: Ganesh Vandana, Folk dances, Classical dances, Marathi short plays, Mono Act, Hindi/Marathi songs, Playing Instrumental Music, Theme based Group dances, etc.Last date for sending entries extended till Sep 7th, 2019.
In the interest of time and other planned activities for Bappa’s Celebration, the cultural program duration is set for 2 hours, so please rush in your entries to CMA Cultural Team at infostageprogram@gmail.com. CMA Cultural Team will shortlist the entries and will communicate with you.

CMA Members:
Adults (18 to 59 years) : $23.00
Seniors (60 year and above) : $18.00
Youth (6 to 17 years): $18.00
***Kids (Under age of 5 ): Free – Valid $0 ticket (kids registration) must be purchased online ***
Note: Members are requested to buy tickets at member price, only for their parents and dependent children. Members are requested to purchase non-member’s tickets for their other family members and friends. Members are also requested to encourage their other family members and friends to obtain CMA membership to avail discounted member price for the event tickets.

Note : CMA’s executive committee and board of trustees will be looking for volunteers for 2020 Executive Committee and Board of Trustees. The request for volunteers for 2020 Executive Committee will be announced at the event, interested members can step up on to the stage/podium to pick up the role.
