You can buy Ticket based on your membership Type. Non member can book ticket without any Criteria.

| Senior Couple | 2 | This membership is only for senior couple (Age 60+). Maximum 2 ‘member priced’ tickets per event can be purchased by with this membership. |
| Single | 1 | This membership is only for a single person. Maximum 1 ‘Member priced’ ticket per event can be purchased with this membership. |
| Senior Single | 1 | This membership is only for single senior (Age 60+). Maximum 1 ‘member priced’ tickets per event can be purchased by with this membership. |
| Student | 1 | Student must be between age 18 years to 24 years and not a part of any other membership class. Student must be enrolled in full time studies. Proof may be required. Maximum 1 ‘member priced’ ticket per event can be purchased with this membership. |
Ticket Booking Information:
Ticket sales are now open for all members and non-members. You can reserve your tables so you can sit with your friends and family together. Book fast to get the best spot in the hall.
Event Schedule:
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Registration, Ganpati Poojan, Aarti
- 12:00 PM – 1:45 PM: Lunch (Please note: Food service ends at 1:30 PM)
- 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Cultural Performances
- 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM: Tea & Light Snacks
- 5:15 PM – 6:00 PM: Bappala Nirop with our Dhol-Taasha parade
Important Reminders:
- Please remember that all tickets are non-refundable once purchased. No exceptions.
- We strongly encourage you to bring your reusable water bottle to help reduce the use of disposable plastic cups. The hall is equipped with water dispensers, and you can always refill your bottles at any of these dispensers.
