CMA Summer Camping 2025

Calgary Marathi Association is excited to announce summer’s most awaited outdoor event, the “CMA Family Camping-2025” at Group campsite – no power site – located in Aspen Beach Provincial Park. This is a CMA Member-only event. 

NOTES:

  • Each booking will allow you to set up Only one camping tent for up to 6 people and park one vehicle at the group site.
  • Your camping spot will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis.
  • We may not be able to accommodate your special request or preference about any specific location within the group site.
  • After booking, a consent form is mandatory to be filled per family and submitted a week before the camping date. This form will be shared in the separate email closer to the camping date.

  • All camping related details and the checklist will be provided to the participants closer to the camping date.
  • Once you reserve your camping spot, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a mandatory Google waiver form with an option to book your brunch. Please ensure you complete it by June 30, 2025.
  • All tickets are final. No cancellations or refunds. No exceptions. Camping spots are limited.
